What a privilege to be with you both on your big day! There is so much to say about how beautiful your wedding was and what a wonderful couple you make… It was so special to me to celebrate with you and all of your friends and families. Congrats to Sheree & Danelle who tied the knot at our fabulous new Mint Museum!  Sheree slipped on her Jimmy Choos and into her Provinas gown. She and her girls looked gorgeous! An absolutley perfect spring day hosted Sam and Joe’s wedding! Cherry blossoms burst against bright blue skies. Traveling in style in a brand new Rolls Royce, we stopped around Charlotte to snap some fun shots. And later at The Roof with a View http://roofwithaview.com the city lights twinkled on as the sky grew to a vibrant blue backdrop. The bride and groom laughed the whole day together and later danced into the night with their friends and families. A fantastic time was had by all…

I knew Kristi and I had a lot in common, but when her father walked her out to Cat Powers’ cover of “Sea of Love,” I melted. This gal’s got style. The serenity of their location, the Crest Center in Asheville http://thecrestcenter.com, fit them perfectly. Over looking a sea of winter trees and purple peaks in the distance, they said their vows as the sun dropped behind them. The party started shortly after and went well into the night, dancing and singing to Outkast and all the best jams. Kristi looked so beautiful in a fitted lace gown with cute cap sleeves, she was absolutely glowing. Later she slipped into a chic, cocktail dress to get her dance party on. She and Jeremy looked so happy together.

It all started when I photographed Kristi’s sister, Vanessa and her, then fiance, Anthony. They loved their photos and passed us along to her engaged friends, Kim and Nick. One of Kim’s lovely bridesmaids, Kelly, loved her photos and had us photograph her wedding to her love, Russell. Now it’s Kristi’s turn and after photographing a fun family portrait with baby’s first snow last year, I got to whiteness Kristi and Jeremy say their vows. And THAT’s how we like it to happen….

Jasmine and Chris were so fun and soooo laid back! I could tell from their engagement portrait session that working with them was gong to be a blast! By the time their wedding came and went, I felt I had two new friends. Our absolute BEST wishes to this awesome couple!

They said their vows uptown at St. Peter’s Catholic and then headed to Bonterra for a stylish, intimate reception. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails, homemade greek desserts, a fun candy bar , Bonterra’s mouth watering dinner options and “Happily Ever After” Champagne. Laura at Head Over Heels Event Planning pulled it all together seamlessly and with sheik, uptown style.
